Another pull-tab shop robbery: Police asking for help

For the second time in just over a week, a pull–tab establishment in Washington Plaza has been the target of an armed assailant, who managed to get away with cash.
An unknown male suspect robbed Emerald Isle Pull–Tabs around 5–40 Saturday evening.
According to Fairbanks Police, the suspect made off, this time, with about 517 DOLLARS in cash.
Just before 8 p.m. on November 16th, Emerald Isle was held up by a lone gunman and robbed of about 14–HUNDRED DOLLARS IN CASH.
The man, who had a mask covering his face, was described in the first robbery as a tall, skinny white male. In the second heist, he was described as a white man wearing a dark blue hoodie.
Police are not ruling out the possibility that the robberies could be the work of the same suspect.
The two pull tab robberies are just the latest in a string of armed incidents taking place at different pull tab businesses around the Fairbanks area.
Anyone having information connected to these and other incidents is asked to contact the Fairbanks Police Department at 450–6500.
