Alaska State Troopers rescue stranded hunter

Alaska State Troopers rescued a stranded hunter.
According to a release, the Troopers received a report of the missing hunter around 7pm on September 1st.
33-year old Randy Hardy was last seen near Mile Post 328 of the Parks Highway before he became separated from his brother.
He was not properly dressed for the weather; Troopers sent a helicopter as well as members of the Wilderness Search Groups in to find Hardy.
Hardy later made it to the Tanana River where he was found by a boater, uninjured.
The Alaska State Trooper helicopter transported him back to Fairbanks.
