University of Alaska Fairbanks officials say the university's Center for Alaska Native Health Research and the Fairbanks Native Association are hosting a support group for Native cancer survivors.

UAF officials say the group's next meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. today at the Hannah Solomon building.

According to officials, the agenda includes information about colon cancer screening.
