3 teens charged in connection with armed robbery

Three teens will be arraigned this afternoon in Fairbanks District court on charges of robbery.

They are accused of being involved in the Sunday hold up at the Sourdough Fuel gas station at Farmers Loop and the Steese Highway.

State Troopers say two men with pistols entered the store, while a third stayed in the car.

The two men entered the convenience store just after 10pm, after the incident both Fairbanks Police and State Troopers were able to arrest all three involved.

According to State Troopers they were identified as Brandon Roberts, 19, Marcus Howard, 18, and Matthew Houger, 18.

All 3 were taken to Fairbanks Correctional Center and are being held without bail.
