Alaskan business representatives head to China with Governor Walker for trade talks

Several businesses from Fairbanks are preparing to leave in just under one month on a trade mission with Governor Walker in hopes of strengthening their ties with mainland China.


Fairbanks Police say the shooting took place around 3am this morning inside the Alaskan Motor Inn. When police arrived they found a man shot at least once.


Today's homicide investigation is the second alleged murder of the year.



19 years ago today, the mass shooting at Columbine took 13 lives.
